The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A current AHPRA Nursing registration.

  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and Excel (or similar software).

As a Clinical Care Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  2. Maintaining accurate, up-to-date client care plans, records, and meeting administrative requirements according to policies, procedures, and funding guidelines.
