About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Coordinator to lead our Outside School Hours Care service at Chapel Hill State School. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the service, developing engaging programs for primary-age children, and fostering healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and facilitate a child-centered program that promotes STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft activities
  • Lead a team of Educators, including roster management and day-to-day operations
  • Manage compliance and administration tasks
  • Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and the school community

Requirements

  • Enjoy working with children
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player with a desire to become a service leader
  • Hold or willing to obtain a national police check and state check for working with children
  • Relevant qualification to work with children in OSHC per ACECQA
