About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Permanent Educator to join our team at Chapel Hill State School Helping Hands. As a key member of our Outside School Hours Care service, you will play a vital role in providing engaging programs for our primary-age children.

Working in a team of Educators, you will have the support of a Coordinator to seamlessly run before and after school care for children aged 5-12 years. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft.
  • Fostering healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
  • Working with a team of skilled Educators onsite.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about working with children, has strong communication skills, and is a team player with a desire to become a service leader. You will also need to hold or be willing to obtain a national police check and a state check for working with children, as well as a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA.
