Renewable Energy Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Renewable Energy Technician to join our Field Service Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing vital maintenance and repairs on renewable energy assets.

  • Maintenance and Repair: You will repair and maintain power generation equipment at customer sites, ensuring all safety protocols are followed and equipment fully operational.
  • Troubleshooting and Diagnosing: You will conduct preventative and reactive maintenance of power generation equipment, including troubleshooting and diagnosing all electrical issues.
  • Breakdown Response: You will respond to breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Record Keeping: You will keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used, labour hours, and expenses.

Requirements:

  • Electrical Trade Qualification: You must hold an electrical trade qualification.
  • Strong Technical Skills: You must have strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues.
  • Safety Focus: You must be meticulous and vigilant when it comes to ensuring safety in all aspects of tasks.
  • Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Australian Residency: You must have the right to live and work permanently in Australia.
