About the Program

The Resort at Paws Up Montana offers an 18-month Hospitality Manager in Training program designed to transform individuals into skilled leaders. This comprehensive training program rotates participants through key areas of food and beverage, front office, glamping, events, and housekeeping operations.

Through hands-on experience and real-world exposure, participants gain a deep understanding of leadership, operations, and guest service excellence. The program is tailored to equip candidates with the skills and expertise necessary for high-level roles in luxury hospitality.

Requirements and Benefits

To be eligible for this program, applicants must be available to start between April and June. Successful candidates will receive a full-time leadership position at the end of the program. We offer a range of benefits, including:
