Lead Educator Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Educator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to take charge of their own room and lead a team of dedicated professionals. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing educational programs that cater to the needs of children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
You will work closely with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Blue Card
