Job Title:

Support Specialist

Description:

This part-time Support Specialist will provide administrative assistance to the CEO of a web3 start-up by organizing their schedule, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize the CEO's schedule and coordinate meeting set up
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations and documents for the CEO
  • Attend key meetings to take minutes and drive any follow-up action items on behalf of the CEO
  • Coordinate, plan and execute varying projects as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in secretarial or executive assistant roles
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize and handle work independently
  • High proficiency in MS Office
  • Accustomed to remotely supporting, communicating and coordinating with co-worker(s) who is frequently on the move and responding from different time zones
  • Proactive, mature, organized and result-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Maturity and apt acumen to manage confidential and sensitive information and documentations with appropriate discretion
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English
