**Customer Service Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to join our Contact Centre team as a Customer Service Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to provide outstanding service to our clients and internal customers with every interaction.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a customer service environment, strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills and lateral thinking. They will be able to clearly communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders, and possess the ability to work from home through a reliable internet connection (equipment provided). Additionally, they should be able to pick up and learn new systems quickly.

This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, creating peace of mind for our clients by providing exceptional service when handling inbound call enquiries, and adhering to key performance indicators. The successful candidate will also be required to undertake 4 weeks of compulsory paid full-time training from Silverchain House in Osborne Park.
