Job Title: Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care through strong clinical assessment skills and appropriate response to changes in customer condition.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care in partnership with customers and their loved ones.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to deliver quality care to customers.
  • Ensure full compliance with organizational, professional, and aged care standards.
Requirements
  • AHPRA Registration required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting.
  • Strong planning and coordination skills in care delivery.
  • Ability to guide staff in wound and diabetes care.
  • Sound understanding of medication systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
