About Us:
Robins Kitchen, a leading kitchenware and cookware retailer, is on the hunt for an exceptional Retail Operations Manager to join their team in Balgowlah. As a key player in Global Retail Brands, we're passionate about delivering top-notch customer experiences and fostering a dynamic team culture.
We're looking for someone who shares our passion for retail excellence and has a proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving business growth. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing store operations, supervising a team of dedicated professionals, and creating an engaging shopping environment that exceeds customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a customer-centric approach by setting a stellar example and empowering your team to deliver exceptional service
- Nurture talent, drive sales growth, and achieve business-set targets through effective leadership and coaching
- Create visually appealing store displays and manage visual merchandising initiatives to captivate customers' attention
- Efficiently manage store rostering, wages, and commercial acumen to drive profitability
- Handle stock management (up to 15kg) in a fast-paced environment to ensure seamless customer service
- Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and communicate insights to senior management
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit top talent and build a high-performing team
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Assistant or Store Manager in a retail environment
- A strong passion for retail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and create efficient rosters
- Operational excellence, with experience across stock control and visual merchandising
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, inspiring and motivating your team
