About the Role

As a member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing friendly and attentive service to members and guests
  • Preparing and serving beverages with precision and care
  • Operating various systems, including tab and keno terminals
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and glassware
  • Processing transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Participating in waste reduction initiatives by collecting glasses from the floor and returning them to designated areas for cleaning

This is an entry-level position that requires flexibility on Friday nights and weekends, with reasonable availability during the week.

You will be required to hold RSA and RCG certifications.
