Job Overview
">We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our guests. This involves providing friendly and professional interactions that exceed our guests' expectations.
">- Respond to incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner using our standardized greeting.
- Engage with guests through personalized and proactive communication, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by adhering to our brand standards.
Responsibilities
">- Provide expert-level customer journey support and guidance
- Answer calls within 3 rings using our branded greeting
- Respond to guest inquiries in a positive and helpful manner
- Promote our services and upsell opportunities during guest interactions
- Accurately document guest messages and internal communications
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
Requirements
">- Previous experience in a call center, reservations, or reception environment
- Proficiency in using various systems, including SevenRooms, OrderUp, Opera, Eventbrite, LQA, Trust You, and PABX
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, enthusiasm, and superior customer service skills
- Availability to work on a rotating roster.
