As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diving into the full talent lifecycle, from attracting and acquiring top talent to workforce management. You will report directly to the Head of Talent and collaborate with various business units within our Support Office to recruit for corporate roles and provide top-notch recruitment guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to find Restaurant Managers and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Workforce Management: Collaborate with Operations teams to drive successful recruitment outcomes and deliver exceptional service.
- Project Execution: Assist in the delivery of key talent initiatives by leading cross-functional projects and participating in large volume recruitment drives for seasonal Team Member hiring.
