About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Advisor to join our team at Manpower Australia. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental aspects of our business are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the implementation of HSE plans, policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support project teams in drafting, reviewing, and implementing hazard identification, operational/plant risk assessments, and SWMS.
  • Collaborate with sites to establish, maintain, and test emergency plans, procedures, and programs.
  • Onboard and monitor contractors in accordance with the Sub-Contractor Management Procedure.
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes and problem-solving activities related to safety, health, environment, and sustainability.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in civil construction.
  • Experience working with mobile plant operations.
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety.
  • Valid QLD Driver's license.
  • Industry White Card.

We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual with a solution-focused mentality. You should have sound technical knowledge and process-oriented skills, with the ability to adapt to new systems easily. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as relationship management skills, are essential for this role.
