Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute all digital marketing campaigns across our venues.

This role involves creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, reporting on results, and optimizing activity accordingly. Key responsibilities include planning and executing marketing campaigns, building relationships with external agencies, copywriting, content creation, and managing marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies
  • Manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Analyze and report on campaign results, providing insights for future improvements
  • Build strong relationships with key external agencies to leverage PR opportunities
  • Create high-quality content, including blog posts, videos, and social media posts
  • Maintain and update website content to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Optimize email marketing campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates

About You:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Hospitality industry experience is preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
