Unlock Your Potential as a Field Sales Manager

Suntory Beverage & Food is seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our Australian operations. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Territory Managers to achieve sales targets, grow our product range, and explore new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Territory Managers to achieve and exceed monthly and annual financial objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand distribution, visibility, and share of brands to increase revenue.
  • Lead the team to execute against Suntory's Category, Channel, and Customer strategies.
  • Support the team in growing new business in the on-premise sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry associations.
  • Coach and provide timely feedback to team members on individual and team development objectives as well as career role progression.
  • Champion Safety and ensure everyone gets home safe every day.
  • Champion and bring to life by example Suntory's leadership spirits and behaviors.
Requirements:
  • A strong track record of success in a similar leadership role.
  • Exceptional coaching skills and experience in leading and inspiring a team to deliver strong results.
  • A proven ability to manage targets, build new accounts with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong analytical capability to help navigate sales data into actionable insights.
  • Experience within the Liquor industry is highly advantageous.
