Job Summary

We are seeking a Community Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support for our clients.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide community access and social support to clients.
  • Offer assistance with daily tasks and activities.

To be successful in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.

Requirements

To apply for this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • Have a valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
  • Have a Police Check within the last 12 months.
  • Demonstrate reliability, flexibility, compassion, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
  • Be up-to-date with NDIS Orientation & Covid Infection Control Modules.
  • Have current Covid vaccinations, including booster doses.

Work Hours

The successful candidate will be required to work on Mondays from 3:30pm-5:30pm.
