Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service standards to ensure all team members provide top-notch service and efficiently manage guest inquiries.
  • Oversee the front office, encompassing all aspects of administration and operations.
  • Ensure the efficient delivery of services related to running the park, including customer service, grounds management, and cleaning.
  • Develop and implement revenue-enhancing marketing strategies.
  • Participate in an on-call roster to guarantee 24/7 customer support.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills and experience in hospitality management or related industries.
  • Proven experience in managing, developing, and training staff.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office software.
  • Proven experience in general building maintenance and grounds work.
  • A flexible attitude to work, including weekends and after-hours shifts.
  • Knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety (WHS) responsibilities.
  • Previous experience with property management systems is highly regarded.
  • A passion for customer-facing communication, tourism, and preferably outdoor activities.
