Key Responsibilities- Provide EAP counselling services to clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Work collaboratively with our team to provide comprehensive support and resources.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Registration as a Psychologist, Social Worker or Counsellor (PACFA or ACA level 3) with 3+ years of experience.
- Proven ability in short-term counselling.
- Clinical skills in managing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and anger.
