Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Johnny Bigg. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of sales associates, and driving sales growth in our store.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising displays to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.

  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to improve sales performance.

  • Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement business plans to achieve sales and customer service goals.

  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their skills and knowledge.

  • Ensure that the store is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organization.

About You:

  • You have a minimum of 1 year's retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

  • You have experience in managing a team of 2 or more and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • You have strong customer service skills and are able to provide a high level of service to customers.

  • You are analytical and able to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to improve sales performance.

  • You are able to lead, motivate, and empower a team to achieve sales and customer service goals.

  • You have a strong visual merchandising skill and are able to think commercially and strategically for the store.

  • You have an interest in fashion and trends and are able to stay up-to-date with the latest fashion developments.

  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team, and are flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
