We offer a competitive pay rate of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, plus overtime, depending on experience.
Job Description:
As an Asphalt Crew Member, you will be responsible for operating mobile construction equipment for road surfacing works and engaging in general hand labouring tasks. Your day will involve contributing to all crew tasks as necessary to deliver a quality product in a safe environment, safely and efficiently operating asphalt mobile plant equipment, maintaining company trucks and plant equipment, participating in site safety and business improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with Boral OH&S policies, meeting safety and environmental standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need experience in asphalt road surfacing (preferably), a strong commitment to safety and the environment with a superior customer focus, a General Construction Induction Card, a Current Heavy Vehicle driver's license (HR) or Mobile Equipment National Competency (highly regarded), and proven ability to work well within a team environment.
