Project Support Officer: A Key Role in Driving Project Success

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Project Support Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.

Job Description:

This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute your skills and experience to drive project success. You will be responsible for undertaking a range of project coordination activities, including analysis, reporting, implementation, and administrative tasks. Your primary focus will be on supporting the development and delivery of projects in line with established project plans and objectives.

  • Assist in monitoring and reporting on project progress to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Contribute to process improvements to support day-to-day operations and achieve agreed outcomes.
  • Provide a range of administrative services, including records management, briefings, correspondence, meetings, and event coordination.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and escalate issues as required.
  • Update and maintain records and databases to support various projects and initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to collect and compile information to inform decision-making and support project outcomes.
