About the Opportunity
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering effective case management to an allocated caseload, with the primary goal of securing employment. This role involves stabilising non-vocational issues, building vocational skills and experience, and facilitating 'reverse marketing' of customers to suitable employers.
To achieve this, the right individual will possess a genuine passion for workforce development and working with those in need, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet individual targets and contribute to a high-performing team.
We are seeking multiple full-time, ongoing Employment Coaches.
About You
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
- A commitment to helping people find employment;
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to develop positive relationships;
- Ability to assess, match and refer customers to appropriate job opportunities;
- Ability to achieve individual targets and work to clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
- Strong administrative skills and IT literacy, data entry and typing skills;
- Attention to detail ability to work under pressure;
You will also require:
- A minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development or willingness to study;
- Experience in Employment Services or a related industry.
