We are seeking an experienced Return to Work Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of injured workers.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for strategically managing a portfolio of workers compensation claims across NSW. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support injured workers in safely returning to work.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims across NSW
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support injured workers
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure injured workers return to work safely and durably
Key Qualifications
  • Previous experience in return to work, case management or allied health
  • Able to interpret and apply applicable legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
