This role requires you to strategically manage a portfolio of workers' compensation claims across NSW, collaborating with our clients and key stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on supporting injured workers to safely return to work, thereby contributing to their overall well-being.
About the Role
You will have a strong background in return to work, case management, or allied health, with experience managing workplace injuries. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with various stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
- Strategically manage a portfolio of workers' compensation claims across NSW.
- Collaborate with our clients and key internal and external stakeholders.
- Support injured workers to safely return to work, promoting their overall well-being.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in return to work, case management, or allied health.
- Experience managing workplace injuries.
- Natural ability to build relationships with others.
