**Concierge Role Overview:**

A permanent full-time Concierge is sought to join our team at a beautiful retirement village on the Gold Coast.

This key role involves providing exceptional customer service skills and creating meaningful connections with older Australians from all walks of life.

Responsibilities:

- Provide concierge support to assist residents with day-to-day matters
- Assist with social events for residents
- Respond to resident enquiries and perform administration duties
- Oversee community facilities and provide transport (on occasion) for residents
- Offer an exceptional standard of support to residents

The Ideal Candidate:

- Exceptional communication skills and a willingness to deliver service with a smile
- A genuine heart for older Australians and polished, professional phone manner and interpersonal skills
- Proven success in delivering exceptional customer service and a caring nature that speaks to our mission and values
- Current Queensland drivers licence and current or willing to obtain, a Queensland Police Certificate prior to commencement
