About the Opportunity
  • We are seeking an experienced professional with 3–7 years' experience in capital transactions, real estate advisory, investment banking, or REITs.
  • A deep understanding of Australian real estate and investment underwriting is essential.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset — ready to step up, take ownership, and contribute meaningfully in a smaller, high-trust environment.

Regular access to the board and executive team is provided, offering broad exposure typically not possible in larger fund managers.
