**Career Opportunity in Food Retail**\

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Service Deli Assistant Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and contribute to the success of our business.

The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day running of the service deli department, ensuring the smooth operation of the department and its team. This will involve managing and coaching the team, completing production, actioning orders, generating rosters, and much more.

  • Assist with the management of the service deli department\
  • Coach and motivate the team to achieve high levels of performance\
  • Complete production and action orders efficiently\
  • Generate rosters and schedules for the team\
  • Other duties as required\

**Requirements:**\

To be successful in this role, you will need:\

  • Fresh food retail knowledge (not essential but preferred)\
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team\
  • Understanding of ordering, cost control, and gross profit\
  • Accurate rostering and time management skills\
  • Passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Ability to liaise with team members and management\
  • Flair for merchandising and visual display\
  • Commitment to work health and safety standards\
