This role involves developing and implementing strategies to identify, engage, and manage relationships with community, corporate, and philanthropic partners. The successful candidate will be able to create tailored partnership proposals and value offerings that drive mutual benefit and long-term revenue.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our partnership development efforts. This is a key role within our organisation, requiring strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective partnership strategies to achieve organisational goals.
  • Create compelling partnership proposals and value offerings that meet partner needs.
  • Built and maintain strong partnerships through negotiation, delivery, and ongoing engagement.
  • Grow philanthropic support by converting partners into donors and leading fundraising campaigns.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales.
