Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Allied Health professional to join our team as a Health Support Worker. As an Allied Health Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care under the guidance of experienced allied health professionals.

  • You will provide supportive services to patients with complex needs, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive clinical assistance to allied health professionals, including preparing treatment areas, handling equipment, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and carers, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for enhanced patient care and recommending solutions.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience working in healthcare settings with elderly and disabled populations
