This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Horticulture Apprentice Teacher. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality vocational education and training for students.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, facilitating, and evaluating teaching and learning programs, developing assessment tools, and supporting planning and evaluation in contemporary VET settings.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 5 years of industry experience;
- Certificate III in Parks and Gardens or higher;
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) including Design & Develop Assessment tools (TAEASS502) and address Adult language, literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills (TAELLN411).
In addition, you must provide relevant compliance documents, including Working with Children Clearance (WWCC), current police check, and certified right to work documentation.

Key Responsibilities:- Designing and delivering high-quality teaching and learning programs;
- Evaluating teaching and learning programs to ensure they meet the needs of students;
- Developing and implementing effective assessment tools and strategies;
- Serving as a role model and mentor to students and colleagues;
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Certificate III in Parks and Gardens or higher;

- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
