We are looking for a strong and experienced Ecommerce professional to lead our online store to success.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall performance of our website, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

This includes:

  • Managing the website and online store to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Oversight of the full profit and loss management of the website and online store.
  • Driving sales and profitability through effective merchandising, promotions, and product availability.
  • Reporting and analyzing key performance indicators to maximize profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in an ecommerce role, preferably in a retail or B2C environment.
  • A strong commercial focus to deliver sales results.
  • Experience across CRM and email marketing.
  • A solid understanding of ecommerce metrics and analytics data.
  • The ability to draw insights and make recommendations to improve the online store.
