Role Overview

As a key member of the Soft Drinks team, you will drive sales and profit growth through effective promotional programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted promotional initiatives to meet sales, profit, and market share targets.
  • Utilize data insights to inform customer-centric promotional offers that deliver strong returns on investment.
  • Manage category performance metrics across sales, profit, inventory, and promotional margin.
  • Oversee non-financial performance indicators related to stakeholder engagement and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic partnerships.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Buying or Category Management is preferred.
  • Promotional strategy and new product development skills.
  • Broad skill set in driving sales and profit through strategic program initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and customer insight understanding.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence with cross-functional stakeholders.
