The Role
We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in our KFC Mackay restaurants. This is a hands-on role where you will assist the Restaurant General Manager in creating an energetic and positive work environment for all team members. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Restaurant General Manager in achieving business objectives
- Leading and motivating team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints
- Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrable managerial skills and experience in the quick service restaurant or hospitality industry
- Proven ability to engage, lead, and motivate team members
- Exceptional customer service skills and excellent communication skills
- A valid driver's license and competent computer skills
- Energetic, resourceful, and committed to delivering exceptional results
