  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely reporting
  • Working collaboratively with clients, families, and other stakeholders
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful plan implementation

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Allied Health disciplines
  • Proven experience working in the disability sector, including support coordination
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS system and practice standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • High-level time management and organisational skills
