Career Opportunity for Civil Construction Leaders

We are seeking experienced professionals to lead our projects in Victoria and Tasmania. Our clients have recently been awarded significant contracts, and we require individuals who can deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct civil construction activities, including sub-contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety codes, requirements, and standards.
  • Lead a team of experienced Foremen and ensure timely delivery of programme requirements.
  • Work closely with Engineers to ensure cost, production, and time perspective alignment.
  • Coordinate work teams and machinery, ensuring safe working practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Civil Superintendent.
  • Strong technical knowledge of structures (bridges/culverts) & paving, or, rail projects.
  • Committed, professional, and positive attitude.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability in the coordination of work teams and machinery.
  • Commitment to safe working practices and project Health & Safety requirements.
