About the Role

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our business growth and transformation. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching line managers on best practice and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Managing a set client group and providing support across all HR Generalist activity, including employee lifecycle management.
  • End-to-end case management of workplace investigations, including misconduct, performance management, and grievances.
  • Providing advice and support on Enterprise Agreements, Awards, and Policy interpretation.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience as a HR Advisor or HRBP in a mixed workforce.
  • A strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • End-to-end experience across Employee Relations, including investigations and case management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
