My client is seeking a Luxury Travel Designer who thrives on curating bespoke, high-end itineraries for discerning travellers. In this role you'll design, quote, book, and support tailor-made journeys that showcase the very best of our region.

You'll work with international trade partners and direct clients, collaborating with trusted suppliers to craft seamless, unforgettable experiences. From the first conversation through to a client's safe return home, your focus will be delivering exceptional service and personalised travel design.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing and costing customised luxury itineraries
  • Managing bookings from enquiry through to travel documentation
  • Maintaining strong supplier relationships and up-to-date product knowledge
  • Providing support to clients during their travels, including shared after-hours cover
  • Ensuring every detail is delivered on time and to the highest standard

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in designing and booking tailor-made travel, ideally in luxury or inbound
  • Deep knowledge of Australia and the Pacific as travel destinations
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and client service skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining creativity and flair

This is a full-time, office-based role in Sydney with a supportive, passionate team.


Salary
: Up to $85,000 + incentive, commensurate with experience.
