Job Title

A dynamic educational institution seeks a senior educator to lead innovative learning programs and enhance student engagement.

  • Lead, monitor, and inspire teachers and support staff to develop high-quality differentiated curriculum and personalized learning plans.
  • Implement effective teaching strategies, promote continuous growth for all students, and foster relationships between students, parents, and staff.
  • Develop exemplary interpersonal and communication skills to lead teams, contribute to executive leadership, and coordinate staff in areas such as NCCD, Disability Provisions, and ROSA/HSC requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Successful teaching experience with the capacity to initiate improvement in teaching, learning, and classroom practice.
  • Educational leadership skills to build the capacity and manage the performance of individuals and teams.
  • Ability to plan and manage resources effectively and equitably to support teaching and learning.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to the Department's Aboriginal education policies.
Requirements

A bachelor's degree in education or a related field, combined with significant teaching experience and a proven track record of leadership and innovation in education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
