As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

About Goodstart West Pymble

Join our exceeding-rated centre in the leafy suburb of West Pymble, where we provide high-quality early learning for children aged six weeks to five years. Our play-based programs, guided by the Early Years Learning Framework, are tailored to each childs interests and strengths.

With three spacious outdoor areas, including a dirt pit, worm farm, veggie patches, and natural play spaces, we encourage hands-on learning and a love for sustainability. Our Centre Cook provides nutritious meals daily, and we foster strong connections with families through Storypark, family events, and open communication.

You'll Need

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current NSW Working with Children Check
