Overview

Role: Senior Educator at Goodstart Early Learning

Location: Southern region, NSW. Employment Type: Full-time Permanent. Salary Range: Senior Educators – from $38.20 p/hr to $43.55 p/hr + Superannuation (dependent on qualifications and experience).

You'll Need
  • Senior Educator – Diploma of Early Childhood Education.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
  • Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.
  • Lead a classroom effectively, engaging with educators, families and children to implement the educational program.
  • Utilise and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to deliver high-quality education program and practice in collaboration with the Education Leader.
  • Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures and Requirements.
  • Positively contribute to delivering the Centre and business plans.
