Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze contact centre data to identify insights and trends that inform business decisions.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve customer contact operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements and identify areas for cost savings.
- Prepare and present commercially sound recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, teams, and system owners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Deep understanding of contact centre operations, processes, and customer segments.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present information and insights to stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM systems, SQL, and data analysis tools is desirable.
