Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team in the NDIS division. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and interventions to support participants in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to address the needs of participants, including Supported Independent Living, Sensory Assessments, Assistive Technology, Home Modifications, and Environmental Risk Assessments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for participants.
- Provide education and training to participants, families, and caregivers on occupational therapy techniques and strategies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality services.
