We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our Recreation Team as a Gymnastics Mentee at Caringbah YMCA.

About the Role:

As a Gymnastics Mentee, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in gymnastics instruction while assisting with classes. You will work closely with experienced coaches to develop your skills and knowledge, and will be supported throughout your journey. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about gymnastics and want to pursue a career in this field.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for assisting with gymnastics classes, including setting up equipment, supervising participants, and providing guidance and support to participants as needed. You will also be required to participate in coaching sessions and workshops to develop your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong passion for gymnastics. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and to adapt to changing circumstances. Additionally, you will need to be willing to commit to a minimum of 12 weeks in this role.

Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $50,000 - $60,000.
