An exciting opportunity exists for Gymnastics instructors to join the team at the Y Caringbah.

We require coaches in:

  • Kinder Gym
  • Recreational
  • Acro

Use your experience and background in the industry to help coach and be part of our gymnastics program.

We are seeking high energy, passionate and dedicated individuals who care about kids and gymnastics. If you work well in a team, are enthusiastic & willing to learn then we want you on our team

Our roster is flexible with casual hours available as well as the option of permanent for the right person. 

About the role:

You will be an essential component in the delivery of YMCA Gymnastics programs and services. Gymnastic Instructors are required to maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of all aspects of YMCA gymnastic programs, educational trends and industry development. The position requires an energetic, motivated person who is not afraid to use his or her own ideas and initiative within their class environment.

Must be keen to learn and develop and must be fun and to keep children's wellbeing in mind.

To be successful in this role, you will have

  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Beginner or Intermediate Gymnastics Coach Accreditation 
  • Technical Membership

Recreation

Our Recreation Team is a close-knit community of energetic people-people, with a passion for staying active and helping others. From our Duty Managers and Customer Service Officers, to our Instructors and Coordinators, the team are responsible for transforming our 24 Recreation Centres into warm, inclusive and safe spaces – providing access to health, fitness and recreation opportunities for those who need it most.
