We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Recreation Team at YMCA NSW as a Gymnastics Mentee. This is an exceptional opportunity for those who have always dreamed of becoming a gymnastics professional but lack the necessary qualifications.

As a Gymnastics Mentee, you will be part of a 12-week program designed to support and challenge you through a holistic approach to personal development. You will gain hands-on experience in teaching gymnastics classes, develop your communication skills, and learn how to work independently and confidently.

The program is tailored to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and qualifications needed to pursue a career in gymnastics instruction. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be eligible for a role as an Assistant Gymnastics Instructor and have the opportunity to progress towards gaining your full gymnastics qualifications.

To be successful in this role, you must be open-minded, receptive to new ideas, and willing to take feedback constructively. You should also possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, be able to work cooperatively with others, and know when to ask for help.

In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary of $50,000 per annum, flexible working hours, and free facility membership. Our Recreation Team is a close-knit community of passionate individuals who strive to create a safe and inclusive environment for everyone.
