Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Lawyer to join our Dispute Resolution practice in Sydney.

This role will involve working on some of the country's largest class actions and product liability cases, providing opportunities to deepen litigation and disputes experience.

The work will include drafting correspondence, preparing advice, managing files, liaising with counsel, and assisting with the preparation of final and interlocutory proceedings as well as evidence.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years' experience as a Lawyer in a leading commercial litigation practice, exposure to class actions or large-scale commercial litigation matters, familiarity with Supreme/Federal Court litigation, strong academic results, highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, and a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Litigation and Dispute Resolution: Draft correspondence, prepare advice, manage files, liaise with counsel, and assist with the preparation of final and interlocutory proceedings as well as evidence.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other lawyers and support staff to achieve team goals and objectives.

Professional Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners.
