Job Description

As a Service Planning and Disruptions Officer, you will be responsible for assisting with the identification and implementation of alternative bus routes for road closures. This role also involves liaising with relevant Traffic Management providers, Local Government Authorities, and Transperth bus contractors to minimize disruption impacts.

  • You will possess strong administration skills with an interest or understanding in contract management and public transport issues being highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering information in a customer-focused environment and develop relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to shared goals.
