About the RoleAs a Product Delivery Specialist (SharePoint), you will lead the delivery of innovative products and solutions to benefit Deakin stakeholders. The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to work as a Product Delivery Specialist (SharePoint) at Deakin University. You will be responsible for:
- Leading user requirements gathering and analysis, business analytics, data and research to evaluate, plan, deliver, recommend, implement and document innovative products and solutions;
- Identifying, refining and sequencing bugs/operational BAU backlog items appropriately, ensuring digital products and solutions continue to meet stakeholder, security and privacy expectations;
- Actively engaging and enabling collaboration across teams and with a diverse range of stakeholders to negotiate inclusive and accessible solutions and achieve strategic goals;
- Integrating multiple data sources to seek trends and analyse issues from diverse perspectives and draw sound inferences and specific challenges from information available.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training;
- Experience facilitating group stakeholder meetings and negotiating and influencing stakeholders/colleagues and their expectations to achieve objectives;
- Experience working in an agile delivery environment as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Product Manager;
- Experience liaising with Product Managers, Solution Architects, senior business stakeholders, technical development teams, UX and designers.
