As an Assistant Manager Trade Sales, you'll lead by example and be responsible for delivering excellent standards in the following areas:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with selecting general building products
  • Unloading and storing heavy and light timbers and building materials
  • Picking orders efficiently
  • Engaging in counter sales and product demonstrations
  • Coaching and supporting your team to achieve store goals and objectives together
  • Providing expert advice on our extensive range of products
  • Handling escalated queries and concerns in a professional manner

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the Hardware & Building sector
  • A Forklift license (or ability to attain prior to start)
  • A Manual Drivers License
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong team focus
